When you think of the word "inspiration", what comes to mind? Sometimes we may confuse inspiration with motivation. But both words are very different in meaning. Motivation may get the job done, but in a much different way than inspiration would. When you are inspired to do something, you are motivated. It's a natural after-affect. However, when you are motivated to do something, you may not be inspired to do so. As a result motivation dissolves pretty fast. One definition that I love for inspiration is "to breath life into". Inspiration could breath life into those dormant dreams, goals and aspirations deep in your heart. In my opinion inspiration outshines motivation by 100%. Strive to be inspired. Seek inspiration. Inspire others. When you do - you will find that inspiration and motivation comes together more beautifully for you. (and guess what - it lasts!!!) In closing, that is my desire and intent for my blog. To bless. To inspire. To encourage. To uplift. My blogs at times may have an inspirational or encouraging slant, and other times it may slant towards personal or spiritual development. No matter which way it slants.... Another great post, LT. I try to always act from inspiration, in everything I do. Things always go way better when I live this way, rather than attempting to motivate myself. Thanks for the inspiring content!
I love to read other people's blog posts every week, which in turn inspires me to publish blog posts too.
I always enjoy your blogs information. Thanks!
